The Ulster Council GAA website has an extensive amount of coaching content available on their website (Just go to the ‘Coaching’ tab > ‘Coaching Resources’ > ‘Coaching Articles’). This varies from practical drills on kicking, tackling and other in-game skills, to fitness training, injury prevention, psychology and lifestyle management as well as player and personal development.
There is content available for all ages – so whether you’re aiming to teach hurling/camogie to early primary school or are looking at how to get your minor side ready for Championship, you should find something to fit your needs.
There are also slides from all the presentations from the Ulster GAA coaching conferences from the last few years.
