Congratulations to the Young Brid Og Hurlers, who today won the annual Pat Rice P6, hurling tournament at Woodlands
They faced Rossa, Dunloy, Keady and St Galls in a round-robin league. At the end of the games, Brid Óg had won all of their games and so retained the trophy they won last year.
Congratulations to all the players and to all the mentors involved. Thanks to John D, David and Colm for refereeing. And thanks to all the Brid Óg supporters on the sideline for getting behind the players. The kids put in a huge effort today and came away deserved winners.
This is the 3rd trophy that Brid Óg have won in 2015, after the two N Antrim league successes – hopefully the success will continue!
