U10s mini league up and running

Sunday 1st April 2012 saw the U10s participate in the first league matches of the Mini Aldergrove League with an away fixture to St Enda’s. No less than 37 players attended with three separate games played. All teams performed extremely well. These league matches are not scored and the emphasis is on the development of skills. All teams played some excellent football and it was good to see the players’ skills developing following the efforts of all U10 coaches in the training to date. Many thanks to all those parents who supported their kids and for the excellent turn out on the day.
