In a highly entertaining game played in fine weather conditions at Milltown on Monday night the u12 hurlers kept their unbeaten record after three games with a narrow two point win over a strong St Galls side.
Both sides put up strong performances in a great display of hurling and determination over three twenty minute periods. With a panel of 17 players it was a real squad performance with the players showing improvements in their performance each week.
Particularly strong performances on the night from Mark Hamill, Ethan Carleton, Joe Finnegan, Conor Gilligan, John Toner and Phelim Lennon.
Next up is a half-time blitz against Lamh Dhearg at Casement on Saturday during the semi-final of the Ulster Hurling championship.
