Please ensure that you write the subject, your name and level on your entry.
Winners will be posted on the St Brigids club website at the end of July.
Also winning entries have the opportunity to present their piece at 2021 St Brigids Miscellany a wonderful evening of Culture at Malone House on Saturday 6th February 2021. This is our our club bi-annual Cultural Event. It is an evening of: music, storytelling, singing, poetry, dance and display of art upstairs at The Higgins Gallery.
(a) Choose from any of the following subjects:
- Mythical Irish character
- Irish Saint
- GAA Sporting Legend
- Irish Cultural item or event
- Irish Musician
- Personal to yourself (my: grandmother; grandfather, father; mother; sister: brother, teacher, coach, pet)
(b) Write a: poem, song, short story, blog, storyboard or paint, draw, construct a piece of art work. If writing, keep the script less than 300 words.
(c) Decide which level you are entering based on your age
