Last night, the U16 girls set out to play Sarsfields in their third league match of the season. Typically St Brigids started slowly but had gained a 2:02 to 0:03 lead by the break.
Both teams started the second half with a steely determination to win but Naomh Bríd pulled ahead to win with a 14:07 to 1:05 score line against the Sarsfields girls.
