Camogie Hurling Newsletter
U14 coaches will be in touch with the squad about U14s training and matches.
NEWS:
The St Brigid’s U8 Camogie squad burst onto the scene at St Paul’s GAC, Shaws Road on Sunday last, when the girls competed for the first time, winning all of their games. This was quite an achievement for a group which had never played competitively before in a Camogie tournament.
The Bríd Óg P7/6 team reached the Cup final of the Moneyglass tournament on Saturday. They hurled very well, but lost out to a strong host team. There were no subs, so all 8 boys played every minute of every match. That coupled with having to play an extra play-off game maybe meant they ran out of steam in an extended final match. However, very well done to the team.
