Just a wee reminder to all our players….Gumshields MUST be worn during training and match play. A referee will ask a player to leave the field of play, should he/she identify a player not wearing a gumshield. Persistent failure to wear gumshield could result in dismissal!

Wear the gumshield in your mouth…not your sock! It’s for your safety and should you sustain an mouth or dental injury during training or a match and not have a gumshield in place, LGFA insurance for any post injury treatment will be voided!

U16 Full Forward Mary McFettering, injured during last year’s All Cushendall Final….she didn’t wear her gumshield!
