Good evening everyone,
I hope you’ve all had an enjoyable summer break and are all back to some sort of normal routine!
Circuits classes will recommence in St Bride’s Hall on WEDNESDAY 10th SEPTEMBER AT 7.00pm SHARP.
We have a 15 week period between now and 17th December when we will break off again for Christmas and New Year.
The cost for these 15 weeks will be £65.00 if paid in full at the beginning of the term (a saving of £10.00)……..or £5.00 per session payable on a weekly basis.
These prices represent excellent value for money compared to gym membership and I encourage you all to “sign up ” again for a further term.
May I also encourage some of the younger members (16 years and over) of St Brigid’s GAC to come along and avail of an excellent training opportunity?
As always, new members,both young and not so young will be made most welcome!
Please remember that any remaining monies at the year end will be passed over to Mr James Higgins to help with the running costs of St Brigid’s GAC.
These circuits classes provide YOU with an opportunity to become fitter and consequently help provide much needed funding for the running of the club.
