For those who want to go the extra mile (or 5k) Deaghlan O’Hagan, Brendan Mulgrew and Martin McCarney have generously agreed to take the Towpath Run on Tuesday 1st, 8th and 15th April.
Runners should be at the YMCA Stranmillis at 6.30pm well hydrated.
