Folks

1. Tuesday 31st July – there is NO training on.

2. Sunday 5th August (next Sunday)

We are hosting St James’ Aldergrove in the final league game of the league which they organised. All players are invited to attend next Sunday – I am conscious that lots of people are away but please try to email me back asap to confirm if your son is available.

• Meet at Harlequins next Sunday at 9.45 for matches starting at 10 am sharp
• Could parents kindly volunteer to make sandwiches and buns and/or distribute coffee and buns? – the little “social” after the game is as important, especially this Sunday – the coaches really appreciate those parents who volunteer for sorting the tea/coffee etc while we do the games.
3. The next training session will be Sunday 12th August at 12 noon.

4. Can you get your Cul Camp forms to Martin McCarney asap?

5. Finally, we are holding our own u10 tournament on Sunday 2nd September at Harlequins – a big annual event and there’s a lot of work required in the background to make this a successful day. We would be very grateful to hear from any volunteers who can help with sponsorship, bib-wearing, tea-making, loud-speaking etc – of course please put the date in your diaries as all the u10 boys will be playing (St Brigids enters 3 teams).
