GAA Programme & Memorabilia collectors’ fair, Cardinal Ó Fiaich Library, Armagh, Sat 15 January, 10.30 a.m.
A Chairde,
Bliain úr faoi mhaise daoibh go léir.
Tá áthas orm a chur in iúl daoibh go dtionólfaidh Leabharlann agus Cartlann an Chairdinéil Tomás Ó Fiaich, Ard Mhacha, a tríú Féile Náisiúnta um Bailitheoirí na gClár agus na Míreanna CLG, ar an Satharn 22 Eanáir, ó 10.30 r.n.
I am delighted to inform you all that the Cardinal Ó Fiaich Library & Archive, Armagh, will host its third national GAA Programme and Memorabilia Collectors’ Fair, on Saturday 22 January, from 10.30 a.m.
As before, it is important that collectors bring a substantial amount of material with them to exchange or sell at the fair in order to make it a success. The library itself will make an extensive range of old and recent match-programmes, magazines, annuals, books, official booklets, reports, posters and other ephemera, available for exchange or sale to visitors on the day.
There is no charge for entry, but voluntary donations are vital to the upkeep of the library, and are very much appreciated. Tea/coffee and biscuits will be provided.
If you have any queries about the event, or if you would like to forward your lists of wants/spares in advance, please send them to me at this e-mail address, or ring the library at 048-37522981 (as you would ring it from south of the border). I do not have e-mail addresses for all collectors, so I would be very grateful if you could please inform anyone whom you think would be interested in the event.
Beidh fáilte romhaibh uilig freastal ar an ócáid seo.
Beir bua,
Dónal McAnallen
