The u21s bowed out of the championship at Randalstown on Saturday, losing out by two points to hosts Tir na Nog. A one point deficit at the interval having played into the breeze seemed a healthy position. However, despite a gallant effort, three second half injuries to the limited squad put paid to the championship challenge for another year.
