St Brigid’s second annual u10s football tourament at Harlequins on Sunday was another roaring success as the sun shone on a glorious October day. Carryduff deservedly won the cup with six wins from six, while Naomh Brid lifted the Div 4 title. It was very encouraging to see three Naomh Brid teams in action with plenty of football for everyone. Well done, boys and girls, and your coaches. A big thanks to Martin McCarney and Niall Mitchell for co-ordinating the event, as well as the usual army of club volunteers without whose help it would be impossible to stage such events.
