U12s: Small Div 1 field

With a surprising number of clubs electing to play in the less challenging waters of Div 2, St Brigid’s find themselves one of just six clubs competing in the top flight in 2008. The other Div 1 clubs are St John’s, Rossa (last year’s double winners), St Enda’s, St Gall’s and Davitt’s (this year’s dark horses). Dropping down are Lamh Dhearg, St Paul’s and Gort Na Mona. The league is due to start on Friday, 11 April and the full fixture list will be posted on the website as soon as it becomes available. Throw in times will again be 6.15pm.
