The Seniors travelled to St Mary’s Grammar School on Sunday 19th February for a challenge game against Division 1 side St Pauls.

It was the visiting Division 3 team that made all the early running with a cheeky Mark Sweeney goal plus points from Fergal McCann and Chris McAloone plus a Duncan MacAuley free setting up an early advantage. Paul McCrudden, then made his “please don’t leave me in goals” statement to match last Sunday’s efforts. With St Pauls starting to dominate, the management began urging the official to sound the half time whistle. The unbiased Eunan Conway however, insisted on playing the full 30 minutes allowing St Pauls to tag on two more late points.

Half Time: St Pauls 1 – 4
St Brigids 1 – 4
