What a night last night at the St Brigid’s Miscellany up at Malone House. Smiling faces abounded as people enjoyed beautiful music, singing, poetry, dancing, art, storytelling and history – or even just caught up with friends as they made their minds up where to go next.

From 8pm until 1am, the event was an absolute treat. Thanks to all the artistes who performed so brilliantly on the night, thanks to everyone who attended and to the staff at Malone House, as well as all of those who helped on the night and in the lead-up. Thanks too to St Bride’s P.S. who delivered up a lovely display from their pupils to greet everyone on their way in.

But most of all, thanks to the remarkable Gerry Mulholland, Fearghal Leyden, Cathal Conway and Pat O’Hagan. The four men put in an enormous amount of work to make last night happen, and that didn’t finish until about 2AM last night when Fearghal was still carting lamps out to his car from Malone House!

A brilliant night for the club — photos to follow!
