Round 3 of the league saw our seniors host an under par Moneyglass side in Musgrave Park. The game started off slowly and with in 10 minutes Moneyglass were down to 14 men. Andy Sweeney had to come off and Tim McCrudden came on as a blood sub a stuck the ball over the bar with in a minute of entering the pitch. Points from O Neill, the McGrady brothers and a goal from Dowling left it 1.04-0.03 at half time. Which should have been much more after a few glaring goal chances were missed.

After a bollocking at half time from Eunan we came out with a job to do and we really pulled away. Points from the McGradys again and big Enda in midfield and a goal from O Neill put us well ahead. Points from Sweeney, Ronan and Jack in the last few minutes really sealed the deal.

FT score 2.12 – 0.03.

Rasharkin up next on Wednesday night.
