An Invitation to help us develop the Club Strategy

We are holding a meeting at 9.00am Sunday morning 19th October at Malone Lodge Hotel to develop our ongoing strategy for the way forward for the Club.
There are obviously many aspects of our work from:
- Coaching and ensuring our Children and Members are able to participate in our games
- The administrative aspect of ensuring the smooth running of all the different processes
- The financial aspect of not only maintaining the Club on an annual basis, but also how to raise the monies to develop Musgrave
- The social aspect of trying to bring our Members together and develop a greater sense of Community
In order to continue to run these aspects efficiently we need to know what our goals are and have people involved who can help us develop them. We would welcome Coaches, Parents, Players, former Committee Members and anybody else who wishes to contribute to come along and have their input.
