St Brigid’s GAA Club are looking for under-age members to take part in Juvenile Scór competitions.

The Gaelic Athletic Association promotes cultural activities through a series of annual competitions called Scór. The Juvenile Scór is called Scor Na Og.

Participants for, Scór Na Og, must be U17 on the 1st Jan 2012. Scór competitions are organized along similar lines to hurling and Gaelic football championships.

The Antrim County Final will be held on 15th November.

Competitions:

1. Ceili Dancing (Rince Fóirne)

2. Solo Singing (Amhránaíocht Aonair)

3. Instrumental Music (2-5 people in group) (Ceol Uirlise)

4. Recitation/Storytelling (Aithriseoirecht/Scealaíocht)

5. Ballad Group (up to 5 people in group) (Bailéad Ghrúpa)

6. Novelty Act (up to 8 people in group) (Nuachleas)

7. Set Dancing (Rince Seit)

8. Quiz (Tráth na gCeisteanna)
