Be at Musgrave, ready to leave at 9.30am and make sure you have plenty of water and a packed lunch. Expected return is due to be around 4.30 depending on our progress. A big thank you to the lads who have made themselves available.
Training is cancelled on Sunday and will resume on Tuesday evening at 6 at Harlequins.
