St Brigids minors are on a roll with their second consecutive victory, this time over Carryduff. Both teams were a little under strength but played out an entertaining game in which St Brigids led only in the last two minutes to snatch victory. Paddy Short at coner back was highy effective, Jack Langan at full back was solid. Ben Leonard and Rory Flanagan were the dominant force in midfield while James Gildea and Peter Kelly did enough up front to pose plenty of problems for the visiting defence. Rory Flanagan was the best player on view. There were plenty of positives for the management trio of Gildea, Quinn and Conway. TRAINING NEXT THURSDAY AT 6:20pm at St Brides Parish Hall.
